WOONSOCKET, Rhode Island (June 1, 2011) – The CVS Caremark Charity Classic is once again going mobile thanks to the tournament’s VIP Mobile Golf Club. CVS Caremark Charity Classic VIP Mobile Golf Club members receive interesting and fun “insider” facts about the tournament as well as up-to-date, real-time information about players, standings and much more.
To celebrate the Mobile Club, anyone who joins between now and June 16th will be automatically entered for a chance to win one of four pairs of Wine Pavilion tickets (good for one day) to the June 19-21 charity golf tournament at Rhode Island Country Club. Located between the 15th and 16th fairways along Narragansett Bay, the Wine Pavilion offers daily food and wine pairings from Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and award-winning Robert Mondavi Clos Du Bois and Blackstone wines. Tournament
The CVS Caremark Charity Classic uniquely offers sports enthusiasts the chance to enjoy world-class golf in a relaxed atmosphere while helping to support hundreds of New England-area charities. Since its inception the tournament has raised more than $14 million for nonprofit organizations. Tournament week begins with the Pepsi Pro-Am on Sunday, June 19 followed by the two-day tournament on Monday, June 20-Tuesday, June, 21 at the Rhode Island Country Club.
