Davis Love III

Biography

Davis Love III was introduced to the game of golf by his father who played at golf’s highest level and was a nationally renowned golf instructor. He has been on the top-100 money list every year since first entering the TOUR in 1986. Love III has also played on many national teams including the World Cup and U.S. Ryder Cup. In 2009 he entered in 27 tournaments, winning second and fifth place in the Mercedes Benz Championship and the Memorial Tournament respectively. This season he has played in eight tournaments, with a top-five finish at the Sony Open in Hawaii as his best showing. This will be Davis Love III eleventh year in the CVS Caremark Charity Classic.
